DELIVERY AREA

We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. we will do our best to deliver items to all parts of the world. Due to shipping policies, there are still some areas that are not available, you can check our order page or contact our customer service at vapewrld@hotmail.com

DELIVERY METHOD

We offer a variety of shipping methods and will show the best one for you on the checkout page. The current shipping methods offered are Registered Air Mail, Express and UPS.

Order Status

For pre-order and restocking orders, we need to take some time to purchase the products back before shipping, so you need to wait for about 10 working days.

In-stock orders: in 48 working hours for dispatching, estimated delivery time 5-10 working days

Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost of other products is calculated by the weight and varies for different products and different shipping methods. It is showed on the checkout page.

Choose the correct destination and warehouse, then select the shipping method, to obtain an accurate shipping cost.

CLAIM DAMAGED BOX OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)

A damage/incorrect item claim due to shipping MUST be made within 3 business days of receipt of the international order. A new product will be shipped or a refund provided after the customer agrees to provide full photographic evidence of damage.

CUSTOM DUTY

International orders maybe be subject to charges/fees at customs.

【VAPEWRLD】 are responsible for import custom fees/tax.

Except for the United States, Europe, some other countries need buyers to bear the customs duty, please contact vapewrld@hotmail.com in advance to determine. If you don’t pay the fee and have the package returned, you’ll need to cover shipping fee for both way.
